Online Strength & Balance Classes
6 weeks starting the 4th April - 14th May.
Classes will be available as a recording so you can build on, add to and repeat each session as many times as you wish. The program will run over 6 weeks but recordings are available for a month after the end of the program.
You can repeat each session as many times as you wish as each week you have one more exercise session to choose from.
Class will be a mix of mobility, cardio, balance, strength, stretching and relaxation, tailored for older adults. It includes exercises proven to improve strength and balance but also gentle enough for a wide variety of physical capabilities.
