Suits moderate to more advanced fitness levels
A 6 ten-part intensive strength and cardio building program to help you get your body fit for daily life, leaving you feeling robust and healthy. These 6 sessions will provide everything you need to build a strong and balanced body. Incorporating moves in standing and a few on the mat, with dumbbells and exercise bands, steps and no weights.
Please note this is a prerecorded program, not offered live.
Workouts are 30mins with quick transitions between exercises to build that cardio health.
Sessions are released every Saturday from the 28th January giving you a 6 week program to undertake, building a new workout to follow and add to your program each week. The whole series will be available for two months to repeat each session as many times as you wish until Saturday 18th March.
The exercise routines are fairly high intensity and not suitable for beginners and those with preexisiting medical conditions such as high or low blood pressure, osteoporosis or heart disease. Please get in touch if you are unsure if this is suitable for you.
The recordings give you the option as you progress through the weeks to pick different sessions based on what you feel you need and the time that you have in your busy schedules.
