Strength & Balance - Lower Intensity (6 week program)

7.00-7.45am NSW time, Australia (6am in QLD, Australia)
The zoom link stays the same each week.
All classes are recorded for those who can't make it live, and the recording can be viewed as many times each week as you like through the duration of the program and for one week after.
For these classes you will need the following equipment and space:
Dumbbells - a range of lighter and heavier - email if you wish to discuss weight range.
Ankle weights (optional but recommended)
Access to a step or stair
A chair or bench
A clear wall to use
