Stretch & Strengthen Live Online program
Sundays 8.00-8.45am AEDT
6 weeks starting the 24th October - 28th November.
Recordings available within 12hrs of each class.
The premise of the program is to build strength and flexibility together, utilising moves that both stretch and strengthen together and individually.
Classes will be available as a recording so you can build on, add to and repeat each session as many times as you wish. The program will run over 6 weeks with recordings available for 1 week after the end of the program.
Classes will be a mix of mobility, dynamic, static and reactive balance, strength, stretching and relaxation, tailored for all beginner to intermediate fitness levels. It includes exercises proven to increase strength and improve balance with enough progressions and regressions to suit a wide variety of physical capabilities.
You will need for this class:
- A supportive chair with no arms - dining chair or similar
- An exercise TheraBand
- An exercise mat
