Online Balance Moves Class
Sunday's 9.00-9.30am (NSW, Australia time)
6 weeks starting the 25th July to 29th August.
Suitable for all levels of fitness.
Class will focus on balance and dynamic strength movements with stretching and is tailored for those wishing to improve their balance. It includes exercises proven to improve strength and balance, simple but challenging enough for a wide variety of physical abilities.
You will need for this class:
- A chair or prop to hold if you wish support during the exercises.
- An exercise TheraBand
Classes will be available as a recording so you can build on, add to and repeat each session as many times as you wish. The program will run over 6 weeks with recordings available for 1 week after the end of the program.
You can repeat each session as many times as you wish each week.
