ONLINE EXERCISE CLASSES
Some of our clients don't like gyms, some have kids or find it hard to get out of the house, some just prefer the convenience and like being in their own safe space. Whatever your reason for wanting to exercise online, we are glad to be able to support you.
Unlike most fitness programs, we emphasise a gentle pace. We're not looking for you to feel the burn to push through. We are definitely not about 'no pain, no gain'. Exercise should be fun and enjoyable, leaving the body refreshed and energised, wanting to do more the next day.
Our clients come from around the world because they enjoy our unique, gentle approach to fitness.
Keep in mind most of our classes feature a combination of standing and floor based exercises, so you will need a mat or cushioned floor.
You may wish to have some light dumbbells; ideally a few different weights, though one set is fine to start with.

When you sign up for a class you receive our downloadable Quick Start Guide with a few simple instructions to help you set up.
Are the online classes recorded?
Yes, we record all classes and make them available to you if you miss the live class. Normally the recordings are available for between 48hours to 7 days dependant on the program you are enrolled in.
How do I take part in the live classes?
To take part in the live classes you need to download a free program called Zoom, this is a software platform that we run the classes on. To download Zoom click here.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to your program commencing with a refund less booking fee.
How will I know if the class is suitable for me?
If you have any concerns about your ability to manage the class please get in touch with us and we will be happy to talk or skype with you to consider the best exercise options for you.
